Eisenhower's "People to People Program," which aimed at securing peace around the world through the establishment of personal people -to -people friendships between Americans and the people of other nations. I WX03 k 1001 W I P 10 9 1 r. 19 Over the years, this program has provided the City the opportunity to work closely with representatives from each Sister City to implement programs that revolve around educational, cultural, and economic exchanges.
