Andy Doyle is hereby appointed to the Emergency Preparedness Committee for Council District 5 for the term expiring December 2012. Diane Boggs is hereby appointed to the Water Facilities Corporation for Council District 5 for the term expiring December 2012. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and transmit a copy thereof to the appointees. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of January, 2009. [MARIO A.
