THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Luis Marquez is hereby appointed to the Parking Place Commission for Council District 1 for the term expiring December 2008. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and transmit a copy thereof to the appointee. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of July, 2007. 1.
