A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY APPROVING
THE REAPPOINTMENTS OF CARL JACKSON AND DORIS PATTERSON TO THE
PUBLIC FACILITIES FINANCING CORPORATION FOR CITY COUNCIL DISTRICTS
THREE AND FOUR.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Carl Jackson is hereby reappointed to the Public Facilities Financing
Corporation for City Council District Three, for a term ending December, 2008.
SECTION 2. Doris Patterson is hereby reappointed to the Public Facilities Financing
Corporation for City Council District Four, for a term ending December, 2010.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and transmit
a certified copy to the appointee.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March, 2007.
