MINUTES OF THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
SEPTEMBER 25, 2001
The Community Development Commission of the City of Downey held a regular meeting at
7:31 p.m., September 25, 2001 in the Council Chamber of the Downey City Hall, Chairman Robert C.
Winningham presiding.

approve the Consent Calendar as recommended:
