REGULAR MEETING
JANUARY 13, 2004
The Community Development Commission of the City of Downey held a Regular Meeting at 7:33 p.m., January 13, 2004 in the Council Chamber of the Downey City Hall, Chairman Kirk Cartozian
presiding.
PRESENT: Commissioners:

Charles Vose, Attorney

Darrell George, Director of Community & Economic Development
Bonnie Kehoe, Director of Community Services
John Michicoff, Director of Finance

Susan Domen, Executive Secretary
The Invocation was delivered by Reverend Joe Jenkins, Florence Avenue Foursquare Church. The Flag Salute was led by Council Member Meredith Perkins.
CONSENT CALENDAR
It was moved by Vice-Chairman McCarthy, seconded by Commissioner Perkins and unanimously carried to approve the Consent Calendar items as recommended:
1. MINUTES: ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 9, 2003: Approve.
2. MINUTES: REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 9, 2003: Approve.
WARRANTS ISSUED: (contained in Council Packet) Approve.
OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS: None
The meeting recessed at 7:34 p.m.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
The meeting reconvened for Oral Communications at 9:29 p.m. with all Commissioners present (see Oral Communications under the Regular City Council Meeting) and recessed at
9:33 p.m.
The meeting reconvened at 10:41 p.m. with all Commissioners present.
ADJOURNMENT: 10:42 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned to 6:30 p.m., January 27, 2004, in the Council Chamber of the Downey City Hall.
