Home My WebLink AboutAnnual 02-15-07 MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CITY OF DOWNEY PUBLIC FACILITIES FINANCING CORPORATION FEBRUARY 15, 2007 The Annual Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Downey Public Facilities Financing Corporation was called to order at 5:03 p.m., February 15, 2007, in the Administrative Services Conference Room of the Downey City Hall, located at 11111 Brookshire Avenue, Downey, California, President John Kennedy presiding. PRESENT: John Kennedy, President (District 5) Nikki Utermohlen, Treasurer (District 1) Carl Jackson, Secretary (District 3) Cecilia Ordonez, Director (District 2) Doris Patterson, Director (District 4) ALSO PRESENT: Lee Powell, Chief Financial Officer Kathleen L. Midstokke, Assistant Secretary 3. APPROVED MINUTES. It was moved by Secretary Jackson, seconded by Treasurer Utermohlen, and approve theMinutes of the Regular Meeting of April 13, unanimously carried to 2006 . 4. ACCEPTED ANNUAL COMPONENT UNIT FINANCIAL STATEMENTS WITH REPORT ON AUDIT DATED JUNE 30, 2006. Chief Financial Officer Powell noted there is nothing remarkable about the report. The Corporation processes debt service for two bond issues for the City, the Golf Course and the City Hall complex. The payments were made on time for both, with the funds being managed by a trustee. It was moved by Treasurer Utermohlen, seconded by Director Patterson, and accept the Financial Report unanimously carried to as submitted. 5. ELECTED OFFICERS. It was moved by Secretary Jackson, seconded by Director Patterson, and reelect the following officers: unanimously carried to 1 Pub. Facilities Financing Corp.
