Members of the public wishing to submit public comment to the Stay Gallery City Council Subcommittee regarding items on the agenda and non-agenda may do so in writing or telephonically. Persons speaking are limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes. Participants addressing the Subcommittee Members are encouraged to provide the following information: a) Full Name; b) City of Residence; c) Subject or Agenda Item No.; d) Public Comments. 2. Participants submitting public comment in writing are encouraged to provide the following information in their e-mail: a) Full Name; b) City of Residence; c) Subject or Agenda Item No.; d) Public Comments.
