the Subcommittee that are listed on this Agenda. Each speaker will be limited to three (3)
minutes. Speakers may not lend any portion of their speaking time to other persons or borrow
additional time from other persons.

Public Participation and Accessibility for the August 23, 2021 Special Meeting of the Arts
and Culture City Council Subcommittee
The Special Meeting of the Arts and Culture City Council Subcommittee Meeting scheduled for
Monday, August 23, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. will allow members of the public to participate and
address the Arts and Culture City Council Subcommittee during the public comment portion of
the meeting via Zoom Tele Conference.
Below are the ways to participate in the Meeting at 11:00 a.m.

If a member of the public wishes to address the Subcommittee Members during the Public
Comment portion of the meeting they must first use the “Raise Hand” function on Zoom to
request to speak and be unmuted:
• Via laptop: Click the “Raise Hand” button and wait to be unmuted
• Via telephone: Dial *9 on the phone keypad and wait to be unmuted
The meeting host will send an unmute request to the speaker in turn to unmute themselves
• Via laptop: Click the unmute button
• Via telephone: Dial *6 on the phone keypad to unmute the call
Speakers will wait in queue until it is their time to speak. Persons speaking are limited to a
maximum of three (3) minutes. Participants addressing the Subcommittee Members are
encouraged to provide the following information:
a) Full Name;
b) City of Residence;
c) Agenda Item No;
d) Public Comments.
