Rancho Los Amigos South Campus Specific Plan – (Specific Plan, General Plan Amendment, Zoning Code and Map Amendment, Program Environmental Impact Report) The 172-acre RLASCSP is located at the southwest corner of the City. The Specific Plan promotes future transit oriented development of the southern portion of the Rancho Los Amigos Campus, and encourages economic development with a focus on a diverse mixture of job-generating land uses, and prioritizes creating more livable communities with access to regional transit, such as the future West Santa Ana Branch (WSAB) Gardendale Transit Station. In conjunction with the proposed Specific Plan, a draft Program Environmental Impact Report was prepared to analyze the potential environmental impacts associated with implementation of the Specific Plan.
