Public Participation and Accessibility for the March 23, 2021 Theatre City Council
Subcommittee Special Meeting
Pursuant to Paragraph 3 of Executive Order N-29-20 executed by the Governor of California on
March 17, 2020, the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health Officer Order January
29, 2021 – Reopening Safer at Work and in the Community for Control of COVID-19 – Blueprint
for a Safer Economy – Tier 1 Surge Response, the Theatre City Council Subcommittee Special
Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. will allow members of the public to
participate and address the Subcommittee Members during the public comment portion of the
meeting via Zoom teleconference.
Below are the ways to participate in the Meeting at 3:00 p.m.

Members of the public wishing to address the Subcommittee Members, during the public
comment section of the agenda may do so by the following methods:

In order to effectively accommodate public participation, participants are asked to provide
their public comments via e-mail by 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2021.
Participants addressing the Subcommittee Members by email are encouraged to provide the
following information:
a) Full Name;
b) City of Residence;
c) Agenda Item No;
d) Written Comments.
Zoom Public Comment Participation Instructions:
If a member of the public wishes to address the Subcommittee Members during the Public
Comment portion of the meeting they must first use the “Raise Hand” function on Zoom to
request to speak and be unmuted:
Via laptop: Click the “Raise Hand” button and wait to be unmuted
Via telephone: Dial *9 on the phone keypad and wait to be unmuted
The meeting host will send an unmute request to the speaker in turn to unmute themselves

Via telephone: Dial *6 on the phone keypad to unmute the call
Speakers will wait in queue until it is their time to speak.
Persons speaking are limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes. Participants
addressing the Subcommittee Members are encouraged to provide the following information:
