(Persons wishing to address the City Council on any item on the City Council Agenda may do so at the
time the item is considered. Please limit your comments to no more than 3 minutes.)
1. CLERGY COUNCIL MEETING — Special Presentations: New Mental Health Program for
Downey Youth; and, Kaiser Permanente Downey Medical Center.

City's website. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if special assistance is needed to
participate in this meeting, complete the City's Title II ADA Reasonable Accommodation Form located on the
City's website and at City Hall - City Clerk's Department, 11111 Brookshire Avenue, Monday — Friday, 7:30 a.m. —

prior to the City Council meeting.

Public Participation for the March 15, 2021 Downey City Council Special Meeting
Pursuant to Paragraph 3 of Executive Order N-29-20 executed by the Governor of California on
March 17, 2020, the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health Officer Order Revised
December 6, 2020 — Temporary Targeted Safer at Home Health Officer Order for Control of COVID-
19: Tier 1 Substantial Surge Response, and the State of California Regional Stay at Home Order
Triggered by ICU Capacity, the Special City Council Meeting scheduled for Monday, March 15, 2021
at 6:00 p.m. will allow members of the public to participate and address the City Council during the
public comment portion of the meeting via teleconference.
Below are the ways to participate in the Special Meeting at 6:00 p.m.

Public Comment shall be on Special Meeting items only.
Members of the public wishing to address the City Council during the public comment portion of the

Persons speaking are limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes.
In order to effectively accommodate public participation, participants are asked to provide
their public comments via e-mail by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
