AWARD A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,245,893 TO THE R.J. NOBLE COMPANY FOR THE OLD RIVER SCHOOL RD. ACCEPT WORK FOR COLDBROOK AVE., CORRIGAN AVE., AND VULTEE AVE. WATER SYSTEM REPAIRS; APPROVE FINAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $37,500; AND, AUTHORIZE THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS/CITY ENGINEER TO FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION (MISCELLANEOUS PROJECT NO. 346): Public Works. 6. APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JOHN L. HUNTER AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
