SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Downey is approving the list of projects attached herein as Exhibit "A" to be funded in Fiscal Year 2020/2021 with Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account revenues. SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Downey is approving the list of projects previously proposed attached herein as Exhibit "B" for Fiscal Year 2019/2020 and adopted projects may utilize Fiscal Year 2020/2021 Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account revenues in their delivery.
