APPROVE A TEN YEAR AGREEMENT WITH Z GOLF FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES, LLC. FOR THE OPERATIONS OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONCESSIONS AT THE RIO HONDO GOLF CLUB: Parks & Recreation. 5. APPROVE THE FLORENCE AVE.
