ACCEPT THE COMPLETION OF THE WILDERNESS PARK PONDS – WATER & SLUDGE REMOVAL PROJECT; APPROVE THE FINAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $845,000; AND, AUTHORIZE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION TO BE FILED (CIP NO. 15-21A): Administration. 5. ACCEPT THE COMPLETION OF THE WILDERNESS PARK PONDS – WILDLIFE RELOCATION PROJECT; APPROVE THE FINAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $70,500; AND, AUTHORIZE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION TO BE FILED (CIP NO. 15-21B): Administration. 6. APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH COAST TO COAST FOUNDATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $60,000 TO PROVIDE HOMELESS OUTREACH SERVICES; AND, AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT: Administration. 7. AWARD A CONTRACT TO THE LOS ANGELES CONSERVATION CORPS IN THE AMOUNT OF $192,796.96 FOR THE PLANTING OF 540 TREES AS PART OF THE CALFIRE GRANT; AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT; AND, AUTHORIZE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR/CITY ENGINEER TO EXECUTE ANY CHANGE ORDERS OR ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF WORK DEEMED NECESSARY OR DESIRABLE UP TO THE APPROVED BUDGET: Public Works. 8.
