ACCEPT DOWNEY AVE. AND MITLA AVE. VALVE REPAIR PROJECT AS COMPLETE; APPROVE FINAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $54,500; AND, AUTHORIZE THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION (MISCELLANEOUS PROJECT NO. 334): Public Works. 4.
