RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION
NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Recreation and Community Services
Commission Meeting of January 1, 2019 has been cancelled. The next regularly
scheduled meeting will be Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 4pm in the Council Chambers
at City Hall / 11111 Brookshire Ave. / Downey, CA 90241.
An agenda will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Where applicable, report and/or documents relating to Agenda items are available in the Department to Community
Services, Downey City Hall. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to
participate in this meeting, you should contact the Community Services Department at (562) 904-7236 (voice) or the
California Relay Service. Notification 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the City to make reasonable
arrangements to assure accessibility to this meeting.

the foregoing notice was posted pursuant to Government Code Section 54950 Et. Seq. and City of Downey
