AUTHORIZE EQUIPMENT PURCHASES FOR THE POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS USING MEASURE “S” FUNDS: Police. 7. AWARD A CONTRACT TO F.M. THOMAS AIR CONDITIONING, INC.
