A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY APPROVING
PARCEL MAP NO. 73791

On April 6, 2016, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 16-2970, approving
Tentative Parcel Map No. 73791 to allow six parcels under common ownership to be combined
into a single 26,805 square foot lot. (see Exhibit "A"). The properties are located at 11434 -
11444 Downey Avenue (See Location Map).
On April 4, 2018, the Planning Commission considered the tract map and adopted a minute
action recommending City Council approval of Final Parcel Map No 73791. The map has beer.
checked and found to be technically correct, in conformance with the approved tentative
subdivision map, and in compliance with local codes and regulations.
Attached is a Resolution of the City Council approving Parcel Map No. 73791. Staff
recommends adoption of the attached Resolution.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
APPROVING PARCEL MAP N•,. 73791
WHEREAS, on April 4, 2018, the Planning Commission considered Parcel Map
No. 73791 (attached herein as Exhibit "A") and adopted a minute action recommending City
Council approval of said map.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Downey does hereby resolve as
SECTION 1. The Parcel Map No. 73791 is hereby approved and;
SECTION 2. That City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June 2018.

On April 4, 2018, the Planning Commission considered Final Parcel Map No. 73791 (PLN -18-
00026), to combine the six parcels on the subject site into a single 26,805 square foot lot, on
property located at 11434-11440 Downey Ave. After considering all written and oral testimony,
the Planning Commission adopted a minute action recommending the City Council approve
Final Parcel Map No. 73791. The Planning Commission approved the minute action
unanimously.
