APPROVE THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZE SOLICITATION FOR BIDS FOR RESIDENTIAL STREET PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT (CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 18-02): Public Works. 6.
