DISCUSSION
The project, PLN -17-00040, a request for a General Plan Amendment and Zone Change was
originally scheduled to be heard at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on
May 17, 2017. On May 4, 2017, the applicant, Honors, LLC, contacted City Staff and requested
to postpone the hearing date for their application to June 21, 2017. As such, staff requests that
the item be continued to the June 21, 2017, Planning Commission hearing.
