DAVIS, CITY PLANNER PREPARED BY: MONICA ESPARZA, ASSOCIATE PLANNERL�k SUBJECT: PLN -16-00304 (CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT) —A REQUEST FOR APPROVAL FOR AN OFF-SITE PARKING AGREEMENT LOCATION: 10901 PARAMOUNT BOULEVARD AND 10924 PARAMOUNT BOULEVARD ZONING 10901 PARAMOUNT BLVD - C -P (COMMERCIAL PROFESSIONAL) AND 10924 PARAMOUNT BLVD — DDSP (DOWNTOWN DOWNEY — PARAMOUNT BOULEVARD PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT) DISCUSSION The project, PLN -16-00304, a request for a Conditional Use Permit for an off-site parking agreement was originally scheduled to be heard at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on February 15, 2017. The item was continued to the March 1, 2017, Planning Commission hearing; however, the applicant was unable to provide the requested materials to allow staff to review the application and prepare it for the Planning Commission's review on this date. As such, staff requests that the item be continued to the March 15, 2017, Planning Commission hearing.
