DISCUSSION
The project, PLN -16-00304, a request for a Conditional Use Permit for an off-site parking
agreement was originally scheduled to be heard at the regularly scheduled Planning
Commission meeting on February 15, 2017. The item was continued to the March 1, 2017,
Planning Commission hearing; however, the applicant was unable to provide the requested
materials to allow staff to review the application and prepare it for the Planning Commission's
review on this date. As such, staff requests that the item be continued to the March 15, 2017,
Planning Commission hearing.
