Decision No. 16-12-067 approved the Settlement Agreement and GSWC's Special Request #7. Specifically, Ordering Paragraph No. 1 states, approzie the Settlement Agreement is granted. The settlement agreement attached to this 11 1i /eclsion as A ttachment A is adopted. These tariffs r as directed in Section 18.7 of the Settlement Agreement which authorizes GSWC to modify Rule No. 15 to include the Special Facilities Fees in Santa Maria and modify Rule 16 to include Connection Fees in the Bay Point and Clearlake CSAs. This advice letter reflects GSWC's full compliance with the directives in the Settlement Agreement as it pertains to the modification to the above mentioned rules.
