This portion provides an opportunity for the public to address the Board on items within the jurisdiction of the
Board and not listed on the agenda. It is requested, but not required, that you state your name, address and
subject matter upon which you wish to speak. Please limit your comments to no more than 5 minutes. Pursuant
to the Brown Act, no discussion or action shall be taken by the Board on any issue brought forth under this
section.
5. APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR THE SPECIAL MEETING
OF FEBRUARY 25, 2015: Secretary.
6. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. OB 15- , A RESOLUTION OF THE OVERSIGHT
BOARD OF THE DOWNEY SUCCESSOR AGENCY APPROVING RESTATED AND
AMENDED LOAN AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF DOWNEY AND THE
DOWNEY SUCCESSOR AGENCY: Community Development.
7. ADOPT RESOLUTIO NO. OB 15- , A RESOLUTION OF THE OVERSIGHT
BOARD OF THE DOWNEY SUCCESSOR AGENCY APPROVING THE RECOGNIZED
OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 1, 2016,
THROUGH JUNE 30, 2016: Community Development.
