WHEREAS, the City of Downey desires to enter into a three -year agreement with Titan
Transportation, Inc. for towing and storage services; and,
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is set for July 14, 2015, to consider objections and grant
franchise agreements; and,
WHEREAS, a notice of such hearing was given in the manner required by law.
THEREFORE, • OF OF DOWNEY DOES
RESOLVE HEREBY • •
SECTION 1. Approve the Agreement with Titan Transportation, Inc. for towing and
storage services for a three -year period commencing July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2018.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 2015.
HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Downey at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of July, 2015, by the following vote,
to wit:
