CALL TO ORDER: A REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING - 6:30 P.M. II. ROLL CALL: Commissioners Morales, Flores, Rodriguez, Vice Chairman Lujan and Chairman Kiefer III. PLN-14-00222 (Conditional Use Permit) Location: 8067-8069 and 8219 Florence Ave Approve Request: A request for approval of a conditional use permit to allow the use of the Trinity Baptist Church property at 8219 Florence Ave and zoned C-P (Professional Office), as a substitute off-street parking location for a medical use located at 8067-8069 Florence Ave, zoned C-2 (General Commercial). CEQA: Categorical Exemption – Section 15301 (Class 1, Existing Facilities) Staff: William Davis, City Planner VII. NON-AGENDA PUBLIC COMMENTS: VIII. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: Items in this section will be voted on in one motion unless a commissioner or citizen requests separate actions. PLN-14-00244 (General Plan Consistency) – A request to find that the sale of Community Development Commission Housing Authority owned property located at 9010 Buhman Ave is consistent with the General Plan. Such appeal shall set forth specifically wherein it is claimed the Commission’s findings were in error, and wherein the decision of the Commission is not supported by the evidence in the matter, and wherein the public necessity, convenience, and welfare require the Commission’s decision to be reversed or modified
