DISCUSSION
PLN-14-00051 is a request by Hayk Gervorkyan, to revise a previously approved conditional
use permit (PLN-12-00105) to extend the hours of operation and live entertainment to 4:00
a.m., to allow performance art dancers as live entertainment, and to allow valet parking at
Club DB Lounge
On May 14, 2014, staff received a request from Mr. Gevorkyan's representative Adel Bazzi,
to postpone the Planning Commission public hearing on PLN-14-00051, from May 21, 2004
to the Regular Meeting on June 4, 2014.
