Cormack presiding. PRESENT: Council Members/Commissioners: Robert G. Cormack Mayor/Chairman Randall R. Barb Mayor Pro Tem/Vice-Chairman Roy L. Paul Barbara J. Hayden Diane P. Boggs ALSO PRESENT: Don Davis, City Manager Jenny Young, City Clerk/Secretary Peter Thorson, City Attorney Lee Powell, Director of Administrative Services William A. Ralph, Director of Public Works Jake Wager, Redevelopment Manager Ron Yoshiki, City Planner Mayor/Chairman Cormack announced the Council/Commission is recessing to closed session to discuss Government Code Sections 54957.6; 54956.9, two Subdivision (c) matters; and proposed property acquisitions under the provisions of Government Code Section 54956.8 as follows: 1. 8628 Firestone Boulevard Property Owner: Richard Lehn, Trust 2. 7440 E. Firestone Boulevard Property Owner: Russ Nowling The meeting recessed at 6:01 p.m. and reconvened at 7:31 p.m, with all Council/Commission Members present and immediately recessed again with the intent to continue the closed session later in the evening. The meeting reconvened at 10:18 p.m. with all Council/Commission Members present and immediately recessed to closed session. Mayor/Chairman Cormack announced the Council/Commission was recessing to closed session to discuss Government Code Sections 54957.6; 54956.9, two Subdivision (c) matters; and proposed property acquisition under the provisions of Government Code Section 54956.8 as follows: 7440 E. Firestone Boulevard Property Owner: Russ Nowling The meeting reconvened at 12:15 a.m., July 27, 1988, with all Council/Commission Members present. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: There were none.
