It was moved by Commissioner Cartozian to approve the amendment to the agreement. Vice - Chairman Perkins suggested the motion to be amended to bring back the agreement with a breakdown on the savings provided by this company. Commissioner Cartozian inquired into the City's ability to operate without the use of this type of company and how often they find mistakes in the allocation of property tax monies and was informed that the City could operate without their services although they would loose some of the data that they provide due to the difficulty in obtaining the information elsewhere and that in the last three years they haven't found any mistakes; however, they also didn't get paid the percentage reward.
