REGULAR MEETING
FEBRUARY 22, 2005
The Community Development Commission of the City of Downey held a Regular Meeting at
7:36 p.m., February 22, 2005 in the Council Chamber of the Downey City Hall, 11111 Brookshire
Avenue, Downey, California, Chairman Anne M. Bayer presiding.
PRESENT: Commissioners:

The Invocation was delivered by Pastor Glen Koons, Living Hope Church of Downey. The
Flag Salute was led by Michael Medina, Residential Rehabilitation Supervisor, Housing Division.
CONSENT CALENDAR
It was moved by Commissioner Trejo, seconded by Commissioner Gafin, and unanimously
carried to approve the Consent Calendar items as recommended:
1. APPROVED COMMISSION MINUTES: ADJOURNED AND REGULAR
MEETINGS FEBRUARY 8, 2005: Secretary.
2. APPROVED WARRANTS ISSUED: (see Council Warrant Register): Finance.

The meeting was recessed at 7:39 p.m.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
The meeting reconvened for Oral Communications at 8:15 p.m. with all members present
(see Oral Communications under Regular City Council Meeting) and recessed at 8:21 p.m.
The meeting reconvened at 9:17 p.m. with all members present.
ADJOURNMENT: 9:17 p.m.
