ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
JUNE 25, 1991
The City Council /Community Development Commission of the City of Downey
held an adjourned regular meeting at 6 :30 p.m., June 25, 1991, in the Council
Chamber of the Downey City Hall, Mayor /Chairman Roy L. Paul presiding.
PRESENT: Council Members /Commissioners:

ALSO PRESENT: Gerald M. Caton, City Manager /Executive Director

Ken Farfsing, Assistant City Manager
Lee Powell, Assistant City Manager
June Yotsuya, Assistant to the City Manager
Mayor /Chairman Paul announced the Council /Commission is recessing (6:31 p.m.)
to closed session to discuss Government Code Sections:
54956.8 - proposed property acquisition:
9136 Firestone Boulevard
Property owner: Tom Watts, Jr., Co- trustee, Watts Family Trust ,
9262 Firestone Boulevard
Property Owner: Dorothy Tatti
54956.9 - one Subdivision (a) matter - pending litigation;
Ponvanit vs. City of Downey (Claim #1091)
54957.6 - labor negotiations.
The meeting reconvened in open session at 7 :33 p.m. with all Council/
Commission Members present. There were no closed session actions to report.
The meeting recessed at 7 :33 p.m.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
The meeting reconvened for Oral Communications at 8:26 p.m, with all
Council /Commission Members present. (Refer to Oral Communications under the
Regular City Council Meeting at 7:30 p.m.).
The meeting recessed at 8:26 p.m. and reconvened at 8:35 p.m. with all
Council /Commission Members present.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
