S.S. 628 - BROOKSHIRE AVENUE PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT: APPROVE THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZE SOLICITATION FOR BIDS: Public Works. 4. CASH CONTRACT NO. DISCUSSION OF CITY OF DOWNEY CHARTER, ARTICLE VII — OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, SECTION 702 - ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS: Council Member Marquez.
