A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
APPROVING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF JERALD SILBY TO THE
DOWNEY CITY HOSPITAL COMMISSION FOR COUNCIL DISTRICT 2
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Jerald Silby is hereby reappointed to the Downey City Hospital
Commission for Council District 2 for the term expiring January 1, 2005.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and
transmit a copy thereof to the appointee.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of Apri 1 2001.
