A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY APPROVING
THE APPOINTMENT OF GEORGE BOOSE AS A MEMBER OF THE LOS ANGELES
COUNTY — DOWNEY REGIONAL PUBLIC RECREATION AREA AUTHORITY (Golf
Course Authority) FOR COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT TWO.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE L AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. GEORGE BOOSE is hereby appointed as a member
of the Los Angeles County — Downey Regional Public Recreation
Area Authority, (Golf Course Authority) for the term expiring
February 4, 2000.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution, and shall transmit a copy thereof to the
appointee.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 1996.

HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted at
