A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DOWNEY DESIGNATING HALL ROAD AND COLDBROOK
AVENUE AS AN ALL -WAY STOP INTERSECTION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the authority of Section 3131 and 3132
of the Downey Municipal Code, it is hereby declared that all vehicles
traveling on Hall Road and Coldbrook Avenue be required to stop at said
intersection.
SECTION 2. That the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized
and directed to install all necessary signs and markings to cause traffic
to stop at the three approaches to Hall Road and Coldbrook Avenue.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
