A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF DOWNEY APPROVING THE FINAL
SUBDIVISION MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO. 20509
(7935 SECOND STREET)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is herewith submitted to the City Council by the owner
and subdivider thereof, a final subdivision map of Parcel Map No. 20509
approved by the Planning Commission and by the City Engineer.
SECTION 2. The Downey City Council does hereby order:
a) That the subdivision map of Parcel Map No. 20509 submitted to this
meeting, be and same, is hereby approved.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and forward two (2) certified copies of this Resolution to Mr. T.A.
Tidemanson, Director of Public Works for the County of Los Angeles.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 13th day of March , 1990.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the
City Council of the City of Downey at a regular meeting thereof held on
