A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
ADOPTING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY
OF DOWNEY AND THE DOWNEY CITY EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION
FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 1987 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1989.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Downey
and the Downey City Employees' Association, attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit A, is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and provide for the distribution thereof.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 1987.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the
City Council of the City of Downey at a regular meeting thereof held on the
23rd day of June, 1987, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: 4 Council Members: Boggs, Cormack, Paul, Santangelo
NOES: Q Council Members: None
ABSENT: 1 Council Members: Barb
