RESOLUTION NO. 4863
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH RESPECT TO THE
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE WOODRUFF INDUSTRIAL PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Downey Community Development Commission (the "Commission ")
has initiated proceedings for the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan for the
Woodruff Industrial Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Downey hereby resolves
as follows:
1. The City Council hereby consents to a Joint Public Hearing with
the Downey Community Development Commission on the proposed
Redevelopment Plan for the Woodruff Industrial Project and the
Draft Environmental Impact Report prepared in connection therewith
at the following time and place:
Date: May 26, 1987
Time: 7:30 p.m.
Place: In Council Chambers
2. The Secretary of the Commission, in cooperation with the City
Clerk, is authorized and directed to give notice of such public
hearing in the form and manner required by law.
