HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 4226 RESOLUTION NO. 4226 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY APPROVING THE CITY TRAFFIC ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR THE ADDITION TO LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT AD 121 OF ANNEXATION 83/1 - STAMPS ROAD BETWEEN CHEROKEE DRIVE AND SEVENTH STREET, WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4225, the City Council ordered the City Traffic Engineer to prepare a report in accordance with Section 22565 of the California Streets and Highways Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution, the City Traffic Engineer filed the report with the City Clerk on the 10th day of May, 1983; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk has submitted the report to the City Council and the City Council now has reviewed and examined the report as so submitted. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1, The report prepared by the City Traffic Engineer pursuant to Resolution No.4225 and filed with the City Clerk on the 10th day of May, 1983, hereby is approved. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this loth day of May , 1983. _ r James T.
