A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF PARCEL MAP NUMBER
14862 (S /E CORNER BROOKSHIRE AVENUE AND BOYSON STREET)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
'-- SECTION 1. There is herewith submitted to the City Council by the owner
and subdivider thereof, a final subdivision map of Parcel Map Number 14862
approved by the Planning Commission and by the City Engineer.
SECTION 2. The Downey City Council does hereby order:
(a) That the subdivision map of Parcel Map Number 14862 submitted to this
meeting, be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution
and forward a certified copy of this resolution to Mr. Stephen J. Koonce, County
Engineer, and to Mr. T. A. Tidemanson, Road Commissioner, for the County of Los
Angeles.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 12th DAY OF April , 1983.
