A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DOWNEY ADOPTING THE 1981 -82 MANAGEMENT SUPERVISION
PAY PLAN WITH IMPLEMENTING DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, The City Council has given careful consideration to the
Management Supervision Pay Plan recommended by the City Manager for
fiscal year 1981 -82, commencing July 6, 1981.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Amend the Management Supervision Pay Plan as provided
in Exhibit "A" hereto.
SECTION 2. ARTICLE X - BENEFITS, page 63 of the City of Downey
Personnel Manual shall be revised as follows:
"Section 1. E. 1. The City shall make available to the
Management Supervision Group a life insurance policy
equal to the nearest $1,000 below full salary."
SECTION 3. ARTICLE X - BENEFITS, page 63 of the City of Downey
Personnel Manual shall be revised as follows:
"The City to make a dental plan available for the
Management Supervision Group at a cost of $20..74
per employee."
SECTION 4. The Management Supervision Pay Plan shall be amended to
include the position of Manager of Technical Services at schedule A -37.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and provide for appropriate distribution thereof.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June , 1981.
