A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
DESIGNATING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS NUMBERS 2 AND 18
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Milton R. Mackaig, Mayor Pro Tem of the City Council of
the City of Downey be and he is hereby designated and selected as an alternate
member of the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District Numbers 2 and 18
of the Los Angeles County, who shall be a member of said District Boards to act
in the place of the presiding officer of the City Council during his absence,
inability or refusal to act as such member of said Board of Directors.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolu-
tion and send a certified copy thereof to the Secretary of the Board of
Directors, Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts, Los Angeles, California.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April, 1980.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the
City Council of the City of Downey at a regular meeting thereof held on the
22nd day of April, 1980, by the following vote, to wit:
