A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF DOWNEY REVISING THE
MANAGEMENT - SUPERVISION PAY PLAN FOR 1978 -79.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Management- Supervision Pay Plan, (Table
lA on pages 78 -79 of the Downey City Personnel Manual) shall be
revised to accomplish the rates as set forth in the attached
Exhibit A, effective March 12, 1979.
SECTION 2. ARTICLE X, BENEFITS(page 63 of the Downey
City Personnel Manual) shall be revised as follows:
Section 1 F. The City to make available
a dental plan for the Management- Supervision
group at a cost of $16. per employee.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 1979.
