HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 3648 Y RESOLUTION NO. 3648 • A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY COMMENDING JERRY CROW, SPECIAL AGENT, FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION WHEREAS, Jerry Crowe has, as an Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation for the past twenty -eight years, devoted his abilities to preserving the peace and maintaining the security of this nation; and WHEREAS, he has, for the past five years, while assigned to the Los Angeles Area Office, provided law enforcement training for local police agencies, including the Downey Police Department; and WHEREAS, he will be honored on March 16, 1979 by his numerous friends and colleagues on the occasion of his retirement. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council o_f•the City of Downey does hereby resolve as. follows: SECTION 1. The City of Downey does hereby acknowledge Special Agent Jerry Crow's service to the nation and this community and commends him for his substantial contributions to the public safety and welfare. SECTION 2. The City af does hereby extend its best wishes for many long years of enjoyment in retirement. SECTION 3.
