HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 3282 RESOLUTION NO. 3282 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY OVERRULING PROTESTS (A.D. 119) WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3268 adopted on the 12th day of April, 1976, the City Council set a hearing on the 10th day of May, 1976, for the purpose of determining whether the work described in said Resolution of Intention should be performed; and WHEREAS, the majority protest provisions of the "Debt Limit Act" are not applicable. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Downey does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. After hearing the report of the engineer and all evidence for and against the doing of the work described in Resolution of Intention No. 3268 the City Council of the City of Downey finds that such work should be done and hereby overrules any and all protests to the doing of said work.
