A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
ORDERING THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO MAKE
A REPORT PURSUANT TO THE STREET LIGHTING ACT OF 1919
(ANNEXATION 76/1 FIRESTONE BOULEVARD BETWEEN BROOKSHIRE
AVENUE AND WOODRUFF AVENUE) •
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 18040 -18042 of
the California Streets and Highway Code, the City Council hereby
orders the Director of Community Development of the City of Downey
F to make and file with the City Clerk a report in writing for the
aft improvement of street lighting as shown on Plan No. SL -282.
The alternative procedure_for levying and collecting ad valorem
assessments, as set forth in Sections 18160 -18169 of the Streets
and Highways Code, shall be followed:
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
