HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 3212 i RESOLUTION NO. 3212 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY OVERRULING PROTESTS. (Assessment District 110) WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3193 adopted on the 10th day of November, 1975, the City Council set a hearing on the 8th day of December, 1975, for the purpose of determining whether the work described in said Resolution of Intention should be performed; and WHEREAS, the majority protest provisions of the "Debt Limit Act" are not applicable. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Downey, California, does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. After hearing the report of the engineer and all evidence for and against the doing of the work described in Resolution of Intention No. 3193, the City Council of the City of Downey finds that such work should be done and hereby overrules any and all protests to the doing of said work.
