A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
APPROVING THE REAPPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR OF A MEMBER
TO THE DOWNEY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL AUTHORITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That PRISCILLA DUNNUM, whose term expires April 30,
1975, be reappointed by the Mayor as a member of the Downey Community
Hospital Authority for a four -year term expiring April 30, 1979.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the appointee.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 1975.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted
by the City Council of the City of Downey at a regular meeting thereof
