A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY
AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF A CONTRACT WITH THE COUNTY OF
LOS ANGELES CONCERNING THE PERFORMANCE OF GENERAL
SERVICES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DOWNEY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Downey hereby notifies
the Board of Supervisors that it desires to renew the General Services
Agreement currently in effect between the County and the City for a
five -year period from July 1, 1974 to June 30, 1979, and requests the
Board of Supervisors to consent to the renewal of said Agreement subject
to the terms and provisions thereof.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April , 1974.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by
the City Council of the City of Downey, at a regular meeting thereof held
on the 23rd day of April , 1974, by the following vote:
